Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use and maintain required PPE , including safety glasses, vests, and gloves.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the overall efficiency of the Logistics department.
- Perform regular physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting and bending.
- Assist with shipping documentation and order verification.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics concepts.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.
