Are you an efficient and reliable individual looking to excel as an Order Picker in Austin, Texas? We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our busy warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize hand-held scanners and other equipment to efficiently manage your picks and ensure inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail is critical to ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected for each order. You will work closely with the packing and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also part of your responsibilities. We maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety , requiring all employees to use appropriate PPE and follow established safety guidelines. This position involves substantial physical activity, including frequent lifting , bending, and walking throughout the warehouse. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is highly advantageous. A good understanding of logistics and inventory control procedures will make you a strong candidate.
