Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Tampa, Florida! We are looking for diligent individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet our customers' needs. This position is vital to our logistics operations and offers a great opportunity to be part of a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with manual tasks and repetitive movements.
