We have an exciting opening for an Order Picker in our state-of-the-art facility in Columbus, Ohio. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves navigating the warehouse using order sheets or scanning devices, locating specified items, and ensuring the correct quantities are picked. Efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to safety are key to succeeding in this role. You will be an integral part of our shipping department, directly impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work at a fast pace, and is comfortable with physical tasks. Responsibilities include using RF scanners, verifying product information, and staging orders for packing and shipping. Maintaining an organized and clean picking area is also part of the daily duties. Teamwork and clear communication with colleagues and supervisors are essential for meeting daily targets. We require all team members to wear appropriate PPE , including safety vests and footwear. This position requires manual dexterity and may involve moderate Lifting of items. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
