Join our expanding logistics operation in sunny San Diego, California, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is the backbone of our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, picking customer orders using an RF scanner, packing items securely for transit, and preparing shipments for delivery. A keen eye for detail is essential to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and involved in frequent lifting. We prioritize safety above all else, and all team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the fulfillment center.
- Process returns and exchanges accurately.
- Ensure all outbound shipments meet company standards for presentation and protection.
