You will work closely with various warehouse departments to track incoming and outgoing inventory, manage stock rotation, and implement best practices for inventory management. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Track and manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to reconcile shipments.
- Support logistics operations by providing accurate inventory information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
