Job Summary:
Join our dedicated warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker in Des Moines, Iowa! We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to perform a variety of tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This role involves handling goods, maintaining organization, and ensuring the efficient movement of products within our facility. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving to shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with inventory control through cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Follow all company Safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics functions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a good attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong focus on workplace Safety.
