Join our vibrant warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with various warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution activities. A focus on Safety and efficiency is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Understand and support the various stages of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required for eager candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Familiarity with the principles of logistics is a plus.
