Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Fulfillment Associate. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, all critical to our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists and RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process and ship orders using various shipping carriers and software.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, stocking shelves as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including the correct and consistent use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment quotas and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Understand and contribute to the seamless execution of our e-commerce logistics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting, typically up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer applications.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Familiarity with the principles of logistics and order processing.
