We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics operations in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. Your contribution is crucial to our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process and label outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all established safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order or inventory discrepancies.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Requirements:
Must be capable of performing lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles. Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE is mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement. Must be reliable and punctual.
