We are looking for an energetic and accurate Order Picker to join our busy warehouse in Seattle, Washington. In this critical role, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving items from our extensive inventory to fulfill customer orders. Efficiency and precision are key, as you contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will work in a dynamic environment, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and order information.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and confirm selections.
- Verify item codes, quantities, and condition of products.
- Transport picked items to designated staging and packing areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of picking pathways and work zones.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to support logistics flow.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Meet individual and team performance goals for order picking accuracy and speed.
Requirements:
Must possess the ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Dedication to following safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE. Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics concepts is beneficial. Must be reliable and punctual.
