You will be involved in a variety of key operations, including receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking items for customer orders, packing items securely, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety. All associates are required to follow strict Safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The job involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of products, and training on proper Lifting techniques will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders with precision and speed.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety and presentation.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies regarding Safety and PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of packages (up to 45 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear and utilize required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
