Become a key member of our distribution center team as a Distribution Center Associate in Denver, Colorado! We are searching for energetic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You'll be contributing directly to the efficient movement of products from our warehouse to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and checking for damages.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move goods within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and diligent use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
