Job Summary:
Join our expanding team as a Picker/Packer in our Dallas, Texas warehouse. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, where you will be responsible for the accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders. Your efficiency and attention to detail are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our logistics network. We are looking for reliable individuals ready to contribute to a productive and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Label packages correctly with destination and tracking information.
  • Maintain productivity levels and meet daily targets for picking and packing.
  • Keep workstation clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

Safety & PPE:
Your safety is paramount. You will be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and gloves. Following proper lifting techniques and adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines is critical. Understanding and implementing safe practices within our logistics operations will be a key focus of your role to ensure a secure environment for all team members.
