Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations and logistics. This role encompasses a variety of essential functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and most importantly, safety. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. Working within a team environment, you will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including correct lifting techniques and the use of PPE, is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular checks and counts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting practices.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Assist in maintaining the overall flow and efficiency of the logistics process.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and safety awareness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
