Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to Safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of logistics, and a proven track record in warehouse management. Your leadership is key to our success.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Enforce all Safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular Safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain flow.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve operational problems efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on warehouse performance.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of Safety best practices and experience in implementing Safety programs.
  • Ability to handle tasks that require physical capabilities, including moderate Lifting.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and Safety-conscious work culture.
  • Experience with various types of material handling equipment.
