We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our St. Louis, Missouri location! This is a key role in our logistics operations, responsible for the efficient handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch. We seek individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in every task. Working collaboratively with team members is essential to maintaining a smooth workflow in our fast-paced environment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace is a top priority, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting and movement of products. Responsibilities:
- Accept, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders for delivery carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and as trained.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear assigned PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory handling.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
