Our San Francisco, California warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a comprehensive role involving various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and products. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your efforts are crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within our complex logistics system. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of Safety , and you will be required to strictly follow all safety procedures and consistently wear the appropriate PPE . This position demands physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Ensure accuracy in all order fulfillment processes.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE properly.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Support overall warehouse operational efficiency within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and safety best practices.
