Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Tampa, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse. Your role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers. We are committed to fostering a culture of Safety , and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE at all times. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory flow.
