You'll navigate the warehouse using scanning technology to locate and retrieve items for outgoing shipments. Careful packaging is key to ensure products arrive in pristine condition, and accurate labeling is essential for smooth logistics . We prioritize the Safety of our team members above all else, requiring the consistent use of provided PPE and adherence to all warehouse safety guidelines. This position involves significant walking, standing, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Capable of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
