What's The Role?
In a nutshell, we are looking for a driven, vivacious individual to step in and bring fresh eyes and strong organisational skills to our growing team. Reporting to the Managing Directors, this role will assist in general marketing administration, assistance marketing our brands, and our clients brands, developing campaigns for digital, (EDM / social etc), and supporting out Marketing Manager and team across all marketing and branding initiatives.
This role is pretty creative and requires someone who is a bit of an allrounder. You'll have the opportunity to think outside of the box, come up with your own ideas for campaigns and ways to always be improving our business operations. As well as letting you implement these ideas within a supportive and enthusiastic team.
Our clients main industries are education, not-for-profit, agriculture + fresh produce, professional services and startups.
What's the job?
* Understanding of digital and traditional marketing and advertising; ability to develop briefs and direct graphic designers, web designers and third party contractors for all branding and promotional material
* Managing deadlines and project deliverables ensuring work is on time
* Social media planning, content creation and scheduling
* Support the creation marketing strategies, develop into campaigns and regular reporting on outcomes
* Keeping up to date with industry and digital marketing trends and changes
* Working with external marketing and admin team
* Performing desktop research and setting up research projects and data analysis
* Updating WordPress websites (knowledge of SEO / SEMRUSH a bonus)
* Updating HubSpot CRM, engaging with warm leads and prospects, preparing proposals and service agreements for new clients and responding to new enquiries
* Copywriting and brand creation - experience not necessary but would be a big bonus
* General sales & marketing support for Managing Directors and Marketing Manager
* Various copywriting such as article writing, webpage writing, social media content writing

* You'll have great social media skills and know your way around the future of video content
* Your copywriting skills and general comms style is professional yet fun and relatable, you'll be comfortable doing alot of copywriting
* You always have fresh marketing ideas and understand the latest marketing trends
* You pick up the mistakes in others work - that attention to detail is on point
* You know your way around Google Search Console, analytics, tag manager and have an idea of ad campaigns
* You quickly pick up new systems with minimal training and have an organised working style
