Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Reconcile discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Manage and update inventory records within the WMS.
- Monitor inventory levels for accuracy and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and organization.
- Report on key inventory metrics.
- Uphold all safety standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with lifting and moving inventory items.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
