Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure peak performance.
- Oversee the accurate and efficient receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all Logistics and operational standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure safe operating conditions.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and Logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and experience enforcing Safety regulations and PPE policies.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with managing and motivating a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, as needed.
