Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse locations according to order lists.
- Use of scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track picked items.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Properly utilize all required PPE.
- Report any damaged or missing items to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet picking targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including substantial Lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace Safety and PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is beneficial.
