We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, a critical function within our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include using scanning devices or pick lists to locate items, carefully retrieving them from storage, and ensuring they are prepared correctly for packaging. You will also be responsible for packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit and applying the correct shipping labels. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and performing considerable lifting. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are most important. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantity.
- Package products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and wear designated PPE.
- Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
