Buffet Restaurant Junior Kitchen Manager

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Support the Kitchen Manager in running a bustling kitchen.
• Lead a talented team of chefs, stepping up in the Kitchen Manager's absence.
• Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Handle stock control and ensure the presentation of food meets our high standards.
• Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Inspire your team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

We seek energetic and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you need to bring:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with large volume service (up to 3000 guests).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• A hard-working and determined attitude, always looking for ways to improve.
• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• A knack for building relationships with team members and leaders.
• A fun-loving spirit that contributes to a positive team atmosphere.

This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days , totaling 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Please note that this position does not come with onsite accommodation.
