Your participation is highly encouraged and fully supported. The Data Science team at Coinbase plays a pivotal role in product development and strategic decision-making. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, we leverage our expertise in experimentation, analytics, and advanced modeling to provide insights that directly influence our company's success. Your Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analyses on our products to explore open-ended questions and deliver strategic recommendations. Design and oversee experiments and analyses to evaluate impact and enhance product features. Establish and maintain key metrics and reports, enhancing data infrastructure for improved analysis. What We Look For: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (such as Math, Stats, Physics, or Computer Science) with over 2 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to create impact for a digital product within an iterative development framework. Strong grasp of statistical concepts, with practical experience in A/B testing, causal inference, and machine learning. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position ranges from $152,405 to $179,300 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
