We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Project Manager to lead diverse projects across our organization, ensuring seamless execution from initiation with the customer to completion with production. In this role, you will drive project success by applying proven project management methodologies, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and managing resources effectively. * Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget for production leading the Research & Development Team on new Supplement Projects.
* Utilize project management software like Microsoft Excel to calculate costs of supplement products to quote final price to customer.
* Manage project teams by supervising team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
* Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality delivery aligned with organizational standards.
* Facilitate meetings regularly to review project status, address challenges proactively.

* Proven experience in managing complex projects within a fast-paced environment.
* Supervising experience leading cross-functional teams in a project management setting is essential.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
