Software Design Engineer in Test 4

Execute test plans, scripts, and procedures
Create automation programs covering:
OS-level scenarios
Security workflows
Usability and system behaviour
Document defects using bug tracking tools
Analyze system issues related to functionality, output, UI, and content
Monitor bug resolution and track progress
Maintain databases of known defects
Plan testing schedules aligned with project scope and timelines
Support defect follow-up and issue resolution
Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
8-10 years of experience in software testing
Core Skills Strong experience testing software systems
Experience writing:
Test plans
Test scripts
Test result reports
Ability to analyse test outcomes and recommend improvements
Preferred (Not Required) Operating systems testing experience
Cybersecurity knowledge
Automation test framework development
Top 3 Must-Have Technical Skills 7-8+ years developing automation test frameworks
7-8+ years designing and building end-to-end scenario-level test cases
7-8+ years executing, troubleshooting, and fixing defects in automation tests
Ideal Candidate Profile Strong understanding of security and user authentication concepts
Proven ability to ramp up quickly on complex systems
Self-driven and able to work independently
Deep understanding of end-to-end customer scenarios
Passion for improving product security and quality
