Border Protection Specialist

This role involves safeguarding America’s borders and enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws. As a Border Protection Specialist you will play a critical part in preventing illicit activity and ensuring the nation's economic prosperity.


The ideal candidate will have experience in law enforcement, be able to make rapid decisions, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Detain suspected violators of federal laws while using proper law enforcement methods
  • Enforce laws related to importing/exporting merchandise from/to the United States
The successful candidate will be required to attend an intensive 101-day training program at FLETC located in Glynco GA which covers basic law enforcement skills immigration laws firearms training etc. Citizenship: Must be a U.S Citizen
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238 this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection before reaching their 40th birthday.
