Border Enforcement Specialist

US Customs and Border Protection is seeking experienced law enforcement professionals to join their team as Border Patrol Agents.

This challenging role requires individuals with a strong background in law enforcement, who are passionate about protecting national security and upholding immigration laws.

• Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, performing duties such as detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.


• The ideal candidate will have prior law enforcement or military experience, demonstrating proficiency in firearms handling, investigative techniques and court procedures.

A competitive salary package includes GL-9/GS-11 pay scale ($63, 134 - $120, 115 per annum) plus locality pay based on duty location. Employees also enjoy excellent benefits including health insurance plans, generous annual leave program and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).
