Border Patrol Agent Job Description


About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Border Patrol Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in law enforcement, protecting the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.
Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. You will also perform inspections of documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations. Additionally, you will prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders using various methods including surveillance from covert positions.


This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret tracks, marks, physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
