Flooring Liquidators Markham is conveniently located near Unit 6, 170 Esna Park Dr, Markham, Ontario, L3R 1E3, Since opening in 2018, we have been dedicated to providing a diverse range of flooring services to customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a professional and dedicated attitude.

Qualifications

**At least 2 years of sales experience**

Must be able to speak and understand Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

At least 3 years of administrative/ customer service & sales associate experience.

Must be qualified to work in Canada.

Strong administrative and organizational skills. Able to work independently – able to manage the store alone when necessary.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Proficient in: Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, POS systems, fax, Gmail, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace.

Possess solid product knowledge and customer service awareness.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers and assist them in selecting products, providing product recommendations and explanations.

Provide excellent service and efficiently close sales.

Process orders, answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Open and close the showroom according to schedule.

Handle administrative tasks: document filing, order registration, arranging installation, and customer follow-up.

Create and publish online advertisements; maintain the store's online image.

Training:

Paid training: 4 weeks (minimum wage paid during training).
