We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow within the food industry. This position is four days a week , Wed, Thur, Friday and Saturday Responsibilities Assist, up to 35 hours per week , starting wage 19 $ per hour plus shared tipping poll

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• all tasks a line cook with experience would be expected to do including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and cooking simple dishes.
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for food preparation and meal presentation is highly valued.
