Key Responsibilities:
- Design and adapt high-converting static creatives and GIFs for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns.
- Execute rapid iterations of winning ads (testing new visual hooks, colors, and headlines) based on performance data.
- Maintain the visual identity of various clients while adhering to performance marketing best practices.
- Bonus: Light video editing (cuts, subtitles, overlays) is highly valued.
Requirements:
- Proven Portfolio: Must show examples of ads designed for e-commerce or info-products (DTC).
- Tech Stack: Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) AND Figma. We use Figma for collaborative design and rapid iteration.
- Ad IQ: Basic understanding of ad metrics (e.g., understanding visual hierarchy for mobile, why specific colors convert).
- Workflow: Ability to deliver high-quality assets quickly and stay organized.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
