We are a fast-growing marketing agency managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives across operations, marketing, and client-facing projects. With a high volume of work moving in parallel, strong systems, communication, and execution are critical to our success.
In this role, you'll serve as the sole primary point of contact for all talent (most of the time). You are responsible for the entire candidate lifecycle, from the initial outreach on LinkedIn or Upwork to the final decision stage.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage top-tier talent across LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
-Act as the sole point of contact for all applicants, maintaining a professional and responsive agency image.
-Asynchronous Test Task Management: * Issue creative briefs for UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Copywriter roles.
1. Enforce a strict 48-hour submission deadline.
2. Organize submissions for review by the CEO or Team Leads.
-Technical Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate live-coding sessions between Shopify Developers and our Team Lead Developer.
-Interview Intelligence Reporting: Attend and record all interviews.
1. Create a detailed document for each candidate summarizing the specific questions asked and a synthesis of their replies.
2. Highlight "Red Flags" or standout cultural fit traits.
-Behavioral Assessment: Observe and report on candidate soft skills, professional temperament, and underlying motivations during all interactions. You must be able to provide a 'gut-check' and psychological profile of the candidate's suitability for a fast-paced agency environment without relying on formal personality tests.
Skills & Capabilities
-Resourcefulness: If you hit a roadblock or a tool fails, you exhaust every possible source to resolve the issue yourself before escalating.
-You can work independently without constant supervision. You take full ownership of the pipeline and ensure no candidate "falls through the cracks."
-The ability to look past a CV and identify true talent versus "fluff."
-Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork's hiring suite, and video recording/documentation tools.
-Elite level of written and verbal English. You must be able to summarize complex interviews into concise, actionable reports for the team.
-Proven ability to maintain a 'sprint' pace in recruitment, successfully facilitating 2-3 high-quality hires in 1-2 week cycles. You must be comfortable working a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, ideally 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, to ensure real-time coordination with the CEO and Team Leads.
Requirements
-Proven experience in HR or Recruitment (Agency experience preferred).
-Ability to manage multiple candidate streams simultaneously.
-A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
-A background in behavioral psychology, organizational development, or high-level executive search is highly preferred.
Role Type: Full-Time
Location: 100% Remote
Openings: Multiple (Up to 10 positions)
Reports to: CEO / Team Leads
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
