The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead – This is your chance to join WSP's Property & Buildings team in a senior role As an experienced professional with a background in electrical design, you thrive on new challenges and enjoy working on diverse projects every day. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues, mentor junior engineers, and deliver innovative solutions that shape communities.
Your Impact
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex building projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
- Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in every project you touch.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid PEO license.
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering consulting industry.
- Proven expertise in electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading electrical system design across multiple facility types.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge to build strong teams.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $114,600 – $151,800
MB & ON: $104,500 – $143,900
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $103,500 – $137,400
