Join our Product Team as a Product Manager, and own the vision and roadmap for our Retrievals and Evaluations Team. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, science, and data, where deep empathy for researchers and internal users will help you solve critical pain points in scaling data retrieval and evaluation across our applications. Pay range: $110, ,000
We know compensation is an important part of choosing your next role. The range shown reflects our target hiring range, informed by market data, internal equity, and the role's current scope. Often the mid-range is where we tend to fall, but individual offers may vary based on experience, skills, and the role scope. You Will:

Develop strategy and roadmap for data retrieval and evaluation, including further innovation and optimization of existing capabilities and tooling
Drive execution as part of a cross-functional team focused on this particular product including Design, Engineering, Science, Data, and Project Management
Translate customer needs into user, technical, and data requirements and related resources and iterate quickly on the product
Measure and report key retrieval and evaluation metrics (e.g., MRR, , ) to internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value created by the team

You Have:

3+ years as a Product Manager on SaaS enterprise products or platforms with technically complex solutions. Experience working on scientifically-informed data and products, or information retrieval and evaluation systems, is preferred
A strong interest in science and AI - particularly in biology
A PhD in biology (or a related field) and/or experience and knowledge of Biological Sciences e.g., Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, etc.) or equivalent, would be a very strong asset in this role
A proven track record in bringing clarity to a complex domain and driving alignment between technical and data teams, and the rest of the company
Successfully taken new features from conception, through launch to adoption, engagement, and retention.
Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes over outputs
Prior experience in enterprise client-facing roles is ideal but not required. However, experience interacting directly with highly technical stakeholders is essential
Strong problem-solving skills - can deal with ambiguity, lead discovery efforts, prioritize, and drive execution on objectives, ensuring they ladder up to key strategies
A data-informed decision-making process, and can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions from that data
