We are an IT services agency (web & cross-platform apps). We build modern products with JS & TS front- and back-end frameworks / PHP (Laravel) / Postgres / Firebase / Supabase / GCP / Ionic.
We're looking for a full-cycle SDR / Sales who can generate leads and close deals: from prospecting to discovery calls, proposal, and contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute outbound strategy (Email / LinkedIn / Upwork / partnerships — pick what works)
2. Build lead lists based on ICP (industry, company size, geography, roles)
3. Write and run outreach campaigns + follow-ups
4. Qualify leads, book and run discovery calls
5. Prepare proposals (scope, timeline, pricing) with our help
6. Negotiate and close deals
7. Weekly reporting
What we're looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience in IT services / dev agencies / SaaS
- Strong outbound skills (copywriting + structured follow-ups)
- Confident discovery & qualification (requirements, budget, decision maker, timeline)
- Negotiation and closing experience
- English: B2+ (you'll write and speak with clients)
- Proactive, systematic, KPI-driven
Nice to have:
- Experience selling web/mobile development, dedicated teams, T&M / fixed price
- Understanding of common stacks (Angular/React, Node, cloud, databases)
- Experience with tools: Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Lemlist/Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Success metrics (first 30–60 days):
- Consistent outreach volume (agreed channel-based targets)
- Qualified meetings booked weekly
- Proposals sent and active pipeline value
- First closed deal(s)
Engagement & compensation:
- Start with a 2–4 week pilot
- Payment options:
- Hourly + performance bonus, or
- Lower hourly + commission % per closed deal
