We are building a lean, execution-focused team.
We are looking for a fast, high-quality video editor who can produce 2 to 3 performance-driven videos per day without sacrificing quality.
If you cannot consistently hit that volume, this role is not for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Editing 2 to 3 short-form videos per day
- Creating high-converting ad creatives for Meta and other paid channels
- Repurposing raw footage, UGC, hooks, testimonials, and product shots
- Adding captions, motion graphics, hooks, and pacing optimized for retention
- Using AI tools to speed up workflows
- Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Organizing assets and maintaining clean file systems
- Communicating clearly and proactively with the team
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Cleanup, Video Editing, Video Advertising
