We are launching a specialized agency focused on reducing patient no-shows for medical and paramedical practices in France.
We are looking for 1 to 2 freelance automation specialists to design, build, and maintain our core workflows.
Key Responsibilities
You will help us build and scale our automation engine:
Connect medical scheduling tools and calendars
(e.g. Doctolib, Google Calendar, practice management / EMR tools via API or webhooks) to our Airtable CRM.
Design and deploy 2-way SMS / WhatsApp reminder sequences
(using Twilio, Brevo or similar providers) to reduce missed appointments.
Implement status tracking in Airtable (confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled, no-show).
Build client-facing ROI dashboards
(no-show rate, recovered time slots, estimated revenue impact).
Ensure reliability of all workflows: error handling, logging, alerts when something breaks.
Contribute to data protection and compliance (GDPR, medical data constraints) in all data flows.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong hands-on expertise with (formerly Integromat):
Complex scenarios, routers, error handling, webhooks, advanced mapping.
Solid skills in Airtable:
Well-structured bases, native automations, Interfaces, formulas, and ideally some scripting.
Proven experience with API / REST integrations and webhooks
(reading docs, authentication, pagination, handling errors).
Ability to document your work clearly (diagrams, clean naming, comments).
Experience in the healthcare / medical or appointment-based industry is a strong plus.
Personal qualities: reliable, detail-oriented, autonomous, problem-solver.
Contract & Collaboration:
Long-term freelance collaboration, with:
Per-project setup fee for each new practice implementation.
Monthly recurring maintenance / optimization for existing clients.
Initial scope: a few pilot projects, then gradual ramp-up if the collaboration is a good fit.
100% remote, flexible hours.
Work language: English (French is a plus, but not mandatory).
Priority Profiles
We're open to working with 1 or 2 freelancers and can split the roles:
"Builder" Make/Airtable Freelancer:
Main focus on building and maintaining automation flows and integrations.
(Optional, later) API / light-code profile (JS/Python) to handle tricky or unusual medical APIs.
