IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing healthcare finance team in Canada. • Process high-volume vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper GL coding and approvals
• Perform three-way matching (invoice, PO, delivery receipt)
• Prepare and process electronic payments, cheques, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, AP Officer, or Finance Assistant
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reporting
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Understanding of Canadian accounting principles and compliance standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting environments
• Knowledge of GST/HST processing and financial compliance in Canada
