ROLE SUMMARY

As a Server at Radish, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, engaging dining experience that reflects our signature style of hospitality; friendly, genuine, and effortlessly professional. You'll connect with guests through great conversation and menu knowledge, offer thoughtful food and wine suggestions, and anticipate needs to ensure every visit feels personal and memorable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment and shares a passion for great food, good company, and authentic Italian dining.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, attentive, and genuine service that makes guests feel at home.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting.
• Confidently share menu knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and positively with both guests and team members.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive during service.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy, full-service restaurant.
• Current Serving It Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
