Job Description

Patiala Fashion Calgary is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Social Media Associate to join our growing fashion and jewelry store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction and is comfortable creating simple social media content.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in-store while also helping us maintain an active and engaging presence on social media platforms, especially Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with in-store sales and product selection
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic store duties
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Respond to basic customer messages and inquiries on social media
• Create Instagram reels, short videos, and photos of products
• Help showcase new arrivals, fashion trends, and promotions online

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Social media friendly (basic knowledge of Instagram is required)
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, and current trends
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous retail or social media experience is an asset but not required
