This is a career ladder position that involves enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations, as well as facilitating trade and travel while preventing illegal entry of goods and people.

• Detecting violations of federal laws through intelligence techniques, behavioral analysis, interviews, and rapid decision-making processes
• Conducting cargo inspections using proper methods to identify potential threats

• A minimum of one year of specialized experience or education equivalent to the GS-9 grade level; including knowledge in importing/exporting merchandise or administering national security measures
