**Border Patrol Officer Role:**

Detect and interrogate individuals suspected of immigration or customs law breaches. Prevent and apprehend undocumented non-citizens and smugglers at the borders.

This role involves detecting, questioning, preventing, or apprehending activities that breach national laws concerning border security. Upon discovering such cases one must adhere strictly to defined protocols ensuring safe & peaceful resolution.
The job holder is required to follow set procedures when dealing with track marks evidence also conduct surveillance where necessary thus monitoring illegal entry of persons or items into country territory.
The duty entails stopping both human trafficking while tracking contraband whether it be people goods money vehicles drug etc

c) Investigating crimes against immigrants & foreign nationals in our care
