About This Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the U.S. government, ensuring national security while providing valuable service to citizens.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating laws related to immigration and customs; inspecting documents and possessions for citizenship verification or law violations
  • Preventing illegal activities at or near borders through surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during nighttime operations
  • Tracking evidence of illegal entry into the country including tracks, marks, etc., interpreting signs indicating unauthorized access

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience working independently, making sound decisions under pressure situations. Also essential are strong communication skills (written & verbal), ability to gather concise information via observation/questioning/examining records/documents as well as capacity for composure under stressful conditions.All applicants must demonstrate willingness ​​to undergo rigorous training.
