We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Border Patrol Agents. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to public service and law enforcement.
Job Description:
A Border Patrol Agent's primary responsibility is to enforce all applicable federal laws, regulations, and treaties governing the entry of people or goods into the United States. This includes detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens, smugglers of noncitizens at or near borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The typical assignments include: Detecting suspicious activities, Patrolling the international border using government assets such as vehicles, horses etc., Interpreting physical evidence like tracks marks footprints for illegal entry detection etc.
Pprehension with Non-Citizens “ SNY” (25 USC 1326) applies if detained beyond 48 hours.
