Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
• Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
• Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures as required.

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
• Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
