The Opportunity:

We are seeking a bilingual and highly organized  to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting our Direct field teams. Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment while leading individuals as well as multiple teams of up to fifteen members.

Contract: 6 months

What you're responsible for:

  • Supporting multiple-field sales teams by assisting Regional and Field Managers with operational needs.
  • Providing best-in-class onboarding support for new hires, ensuring a seamless start.
  • Managing weekly schedules, reviewing timecards, and approving vacation requests.
  • Offering direction and assistance to employees on matters related to payroll, vacation, expenses, and general inquiries.
  • Handling offboarding procedures, including the coordination of equipment retrieval.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with local/provincial permits and client-specific requirements (e.g., annual background checks, code of conduct).
  • Partnering with leadership to align on strategic action plans that support overall business goals.
  • Performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale team events, including logistics, communication, and vendor management.
  • Coordinating shipping, handling, and distribution of swag and MDU raffle items.
  • Managing the shipping, handling, and distribution of promotional materials and raffle items.
  • Supporting a wide range of field administrative needs as they arise, including documentation, coordination, reporting, and other operational tasks essential to day‑to‑day field execution.

Role Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French preferred
  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
  • Experience in supporting sales teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good organization skills, Strong attention to detail, Effective time management skills 
  • MS Office proficiency is mandatory in all applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Conviction to improve personally and support continuous improvement 
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset
